]]> This Female T2 to Male M48 Adapter Ring fits onto a male T2 thread and adapts it to an M48 x 0.75mm (2″ filter) thread. With this ring you can use adapters and accessories with female M48 x 0.75mm thread.

Another application for the Female T2 to Male M48 Adapter Ring is the reduction of a 2″ filter thread to T2. Screw the adapter ring into a female M48x0.75 thread and a female T2 thread becomes available.

The adapter ring itself is only 2.5 mm deep and effectively “disappears” into the M48 x 0.75mm thread so has effectively zero optical length.

On one side, the adapter has two slots to make adding and removing it easier.

♦ Female thread: T2 – M42 x 0.75mm

♦ Male thread: 2″ filter thread – M48 x 0.75mm

♦ Depth: only 2.5 mm – the physical length is optically not effective, as the adapter is completely       “hidden” within the connecting adapter or accessory.
