CFW 1.25 Inch Adapter

The QHY CFW 1.25 Inch Adapter is designed to connect QHY mono planetary cameras and the QHYCFW3-S-US and QHYCFW3-S-SR filter wheels using the native dovetail camera fitting. If you’ve removed the dovetail fitting to reveal a female T thread, you can use this adapter instead.

Standard M48 to T Thread adapter

Our standard M48 to T Thread Adapter connects your (female) T thread camera or accessory to any scope, lens or accessory that has male M48 (2″ filter) threads. If threads are fully engaged, both sides, this adapter only adds about 6mm to the light path so is still fairly low in profile whilst being stronge.r than the low profile version

This M48 to T Thread Adapter is a great problem solver and can get you out of trouble if you need to reduce from M48 to T2, specifically, it reduces a M48 x 0.75 male thread to a T2 (M42 x 0.75) male thread.

The optical length (not counting male thread) is about 6mm with the male T thread being about 4mm long.

Female T2 to Male M48 Adapter Ring

This Female T2 to Male M48 Adapter Ring fits onto a male T2 thread and adapts it to an M48 x 0.75mm (2″ filter) thread. With this ring you can use adapters and accessories with female M48 x 0.75mm thread.

Another application for the Female T2 to Male M48 Adapter Ring is the reduction of a 2″ filter thread to T2. Screw the adapter ring into a female M48x0.75 thread and a female T2 thread becomes available.

The adapter ring itself is only 2.5 mm deep and effectively “disappears” into the M48 x 0.75mm thread so has effectively zero optical length.

On one side, the adapter has two slots to make adding and removing it easier.

Female thread: T2 – M42 x 0.75mm

Male thread: 2″ filter thread – M48 x 0.75mm

Depth: only 2.5 mm – the physical length is optically not effective, as the adapter is completely “hidden” within the connecting adapter or accessory.

QHY Adapter A3

QHY Adapter A3 Nikon F Lens Adapter, for QHY163M and QHY294M cameras when used with the QHYCFW3-M-US filter wheel.

The A3 adapter is a 10mm thick M54 to Nikon F Lens adapter and can be used with other cameras and wheels that have M54 female thread and can accomodate the correct back spacing (46.5mm) for this adapter.

This adapter was previously sold as the QHY 020073 adapter
